The time frame for your order delivery is divided into two parts as below:

    Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hoursafter the order is placed. The warehouse then processes the orders, which could take any time between 2 to 5 business days. During the holiday season, processing times may take up more time. You will get an email with your tracking code right after this processing/dispatch time is complete. Please note that once you receive your tracking code it may take up to 48 hours for your code to get updated on the tracking system.You can track your order here.
    This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US/CANADA/UK/AUS/ orders usually take about 21 business days max (3 weeks after processing time). For other countries, the orders would take about 35 business days (5 weeks after processing time). Please do also note that you can track your shipment here. If for some reason more time has passed than the above mentioned, please email us at admin@NicyStyff.com with your order details to review the status of your order.

Please note, for stock purposes, we currently have limited the quantities to a maximum of 10 pieces per product/item per customer. For example, if you require more than 10 pieces of a particular product/item, you will have to do that in a separate transaction.
